  Before you start

Before you can connect to the Internet by WiFi or 3G, you need a wireless-enabled laptop as well as 3G USB Modem. You'll also need to check your device's wireless network settings.

Wireless-enabled devices

If your device isn't wireless-enabled, you need an IEEE 802.11g wireless or LAN access or PCMCIA card, which you can buy online at local computer store.

When connecting to WiFi please check that:

1.Your wireless device's Service Set Identifier (SSID) is set to - or that you've selected, for example 'BTOpenzone' (case sensitive, no spaces)
2.Your network type is set to 'any' or 'infrastructure'
3.Your wireless network key/data encryption is disabled and not set to WEP
4.If you're going to access a company network, you've disabled Internet Explorer proxy settings

2.Plug the USB Modem into a USB port
3.The ConnectionManager will automatically install
4.Once installed restart your PC
5.Once restarted the client is open, plug your USB Modem in wait a moment and then click connect
