Report your USB Modem & SIM Card Lost or Stolen

If you registered your mobile number with us when you subscribed when can send you your password by SMS. Simply test the word Password to 64446 and we will send a text back with your password.

What can you do to protect your USB Modem

If you haven't lost your USB Modem as yet, here's what you can do.

  • Keep a record of the 15 digit IMEI
  • Also note the USB Modems model number
  • Set a PIN on the USB Modem to prevent others using it
  • Keep these details in a safe place (away from your laptop and USB Modem)

You will need to report the IMEI number to the police if your phone is lost or stolen. See the diagram below which is illustrates where you can find the IMEI Number:

The following outlines ways in which you can help keep your phone safe, in turn, keeping yourself safer.

  • Do not leave the laptop or USB Modem unattended anywhere - especially in the car, office, bar or restaurant
  • Don't use your laptop in crowded areas or where you might feel unsafe
  • When you are out, be aware of your surroundings
  • Remain alert. Your USB Modem is a valuable item
